Observing

The website's outdated design presents a significant hurdle to an optimal user experience. The cluttered layout and convoluted navigation impede seamless exploration, while the ticket purchase process lacks clarity and ease of use. Users encounter difficulty in discerning essential information, leading to frustration and disengagement. The website's shortcomings undermine its potential as a valuable resource for visitors, detracting from the overall park experience.

The Process

To better understand our product, the intricacies of the market, and to set precise goals, we conducted a thorough competitive analysis. Additionally, we connected with amusement park enthusiasts through interviews and surveys, questioning them about their experiences and problems to discover their needs.

Precision

With a focus on precision and clarity, we design the navigation and information hierarchy, ensuring intuitive access to relevant content. To achieve a cohesive style guide while addressing user needs, we utilized various methods such as Brand Design Filters, Kano Tables and Diagrams and Moodboards.

The Final

Our solution involves restructuring the website's information architecture, optimizing the ticketing process, a chat bot and introducing a cohesive design language that reflects the park's adventurous spirit. By prioritizing user needs and preferences, we endeavor to create a website that informs visitors.
